As of 10 January 2010, the Parties to SEAFO Convention are Angola (07 March 2006), European Union (08 August 2002), Japan (10 January 2010), Namibia (26 February 2002), Norway (12 February 2002) and South Africa (18 June 2008). Contracting Parties constitute the Commission.
